1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of digital products offered through the websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and checkout platforms operated by Arzena Wellness Hub, owned and managed by Christine Laguda.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

By purchasing any product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Arzena Wellness Hub does not knowingly sell digital products to minors. Any unauthorized purchase by a minor may result in revoked access.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through Arzena Wellness Hub platforms constitute full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Once payment is successfully processed, the sale is final and binding.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or U.S. Dollars (USD) depending on the offer and platform.

All prices are final, unless otherwise stated. As products are digital, no shipping or physical delivery fees apply.

Prices may be updated at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed purchases.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon purchase.

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Other payment options made available through secure third-party processors

All transactions are securely processed through Stripe or equivalent providers. Arzena Wellness Hub does not store or access full payment details.

6. Digital Delivery & Access

All products are delivered digitally, via:

Access to an online learning platform

Delivery is made to the email address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct email entry.

7. No Physical Goods

All offerings are digital only. No physical items will be shipped.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final, unless a specific refund policy is explicitly stated on the product sales page.

No refunds will be issued once:

Access has been granted
Content has been downloaded
Login credentials have been delivered

Exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of Arzena Wellness Hub for duplicate purchases or verified technical failures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Arzena Wellness Hub is protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
